0845 telephone calls are charged at the local rate, but since many tariffs include lower rate calls for national geographic numbers, we now provide this number.

When the senior personnel are out of the office, the 0845 numbers are often transferred to their alternative numbers. For this reason, if you do not pay more we would suggest that you use the 0845 numbers.

All post and faxes are seen by the Insolvency Practitioner personally before being dealt with by the member of staff responsible. For this reason, all written correspondence is centrally scanned onto the file and then routed to the correct office. These facilities are maintained by the Manchester office.

All staff have personal e-mail addresses, but copies of all incoming and outgoing e-mails are also seen by the Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
