Marc Landsman, sole director of the company, is licensed to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Carmichael & Co provides these services on his behalf and under his supervision.

The firm acts in accordance with the relevant insolvency legislation, Insolvency Regulations and Guidance Notes, the Statements of Insolvency Practice for England and Wales issued by the Joint Insolvency Committee and the code of ethics issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The firm is conscious to avoid conflicts of interest but if a conflict of interest should arise, we will take such steps as are necessary to deal with the conflict in accordance with the code of ethics stated above.
